The location is very convenient. The bar served a tasty asparagus and spinach risotto one night. The front desk offered great service! I found the updated rooms nice and clean.

a nice stay!
convenient location clean room updated room
The hotel is located near many attractions. It sits just one block from park avenue. i noticed updated rooms that were nice and clean! the location was perfect for exploring mid-town with convenient access to shops.
I found the walls were too thin. I could easily hear other guests. this made sleeping a little difficult at times.

a good and refined experience
decent room modern team texting service
The room was decent! location is fine. Close to many landmarks and offices. There are also many dining options nearby. the hotel is classical yet modern, and the service was really good, they were a fantastic team. the texting service was great.

decent stay, some issues noticed.
small buffet inconvenient service
the breakfast area felt really cramped considering the size of the hotel, honestly. i had to wait a while just to get a seat. the buffet seemed pretty small too, and it lacked variety. plus, i had to flag down a waiter every time i wanted orange juice, coffee, or water. it felt a bit inconvenient and slowed things down, you know.

rainfall shower clean room
The gym included quality equipment. I counted three treadmills there and also two stationary bikes. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Housekeeping provided service daily, and they kept the room clean.
The elevators were slow and sometimes stopped at every floor. It was slightly inconvenient.

convenient location comfortable bed prompt service well kept room
the hotel's location is very convenient I found it near grand central station. my room was a classic king room and it was well-kept. the bed was comfortable and provided restful sleep. i appreciated the prompt service I received when requesting extra amenities.
the in-room minibar selections are quite expensive.

this location has easy access to transit options , made exploring the city easy. i could quickly walk to many shops and restaurants from the hotel. the proximity to grand central terminal was a definite advantage.

Decent Stay, Some Disappointments
small room noticeable noise
I was somewhat disappointed with my room. It was quite small and the street noise was noticeable, especially at night, difficult to sleep soundly. the promised complimentary water was missing. I had to call housekeeping to get some, it was inconvenient. I did not appreciate this lapse in service!
